# Exporting

    `npx recit build slides.md -o dist` writes `index.html` and `assets/` (JS, CSS, fonts, media). Use `--base /talks/demo/` to host it in a sub-folder.

    `npx recit export slides.md --html` writes one file with media and fonts embedded and **no network request**, perfect for a USB stick or an email.

    `npx recit export slides.md --notes --theme light` writes one page per slide at the exact design size (1280×720 or 1024×768). Requires Playwright: `pnpm add -D playwright && npx playwright install chromium`.
