Violations are **warnings**; with `enforceAntiOverload: true` they become **errors** and
`recit build` fails (`--no-strict` to bypass). In dev mode, press **H** for the HUD: words, bullets,
cards, estimated speaking time (140 words/min, notes included) and alerts.
